Peak Mechanical performed a complete overhaul of an existing chiller plant by removing (3) Chiller and (4) cooling towers, and installing new during the winter months.
Peak Mechanical performed a daunting task by replacing three cooling towers with two larger ones while not being able to shut down the customers plant operation.
During this process, Peak Mechanical brought in temporary cooling towers and made temporary connections to a live system.
The company completed the installation of the new system without any disruptions to the customer’s operation.
Peak Mechanical Services teaming up with BAS recently completed one of the largest kitchen project in the Boston area.
This project included the installation of 2- Chillers 2- Make-up air handlers 3- Package units and heat-pumps. The kitchen exhaust consisted of many kitchen hoods with multiple stacks going up to the 7- fans on the roof. The logistics and coordination of this project was very difficult. We were able to deliver the project to the owner within the schedule and allowing them to move in on time.Affiliated chilled and hot water piping.
